Bevier Gallery

Overview

 

Bevier Gallery is the primary exhibition venue for RIT’s College of Art and Design located in Booth Hall on the RIT Campus. Named after Susan Bevier, the gallery hosts rotating exhibitions that feature the creative work of students, faculty, alumni and more. Bevier Gallery also offers student employment and a variety of experiential learning opportunities for students.

Bevier Gallery is free and open to the public.

Parking in Lots E or F, free after 5 PM and on weekends. 


Monday & Tuesday: 10 AM to 5 PM
Wednesday & Thursday: 10 AM to 7 PM
Friday: 10 AM to 5 PM
Saturday: 12 PM to 5 PM
Closed Sundays, for RIT-designated holidays and breaks, and during show installations.

In Collaboration
October 9, 2025 – November 8, 2025

In Collaboration is an international jewelry and metals exhibition juried by Luci Jockel and Zach Mellman-Carsey, featuring over 30 works from around the world that explore collaborative processes.

November 17, 2025 – December 13, 2025

Foundations classes are where students begin their journeys in the College of Art and Design. This show features a variety of coursework in drawing, 2D, 3D and 4D design, and celebrates the students and faculty who fill the first-year experience with impactful assignments, events, and community building.

Faculty Show

This annual group show brings together creative work in various media by faculty across the College of Art and Design, including Art and American Crafts, Design, Film and Animation, and Photographic Arts and Sciences. The exhibition spans two galleries: Bevier Gallery (Booth Hall, 2600) and William Harris Gallery (Gannett Hall, 3030).

Seniors in BFA Studio Arts present their capstone projects in various media in two locations: City Art Space (downtown Rochester) and Bevier Gallery (RIT Campus).
