Alejandro Fernandez-Veraud

Alejandro Fernandez-Veraud was born and educated as an Industrial Engineer in Mexico. He gave up his career to come to the United States to study wood and furniture design at the School for American Crafts at Rochester Institute of Technology and received his Masters in Fine Arts from RIT's College of Imaging Arts and Sciences in 2001. He expresses his fascination with texture and color, and his interest in a variety of materials, in his work. He teaches furniture design at the University of Miami.
