Donald G. Bujnowski
Donald Bujnowski (1933-2007) was born May 20, 1933, in Norwich, Conn., the son of Zygmunt and Jean (Dombrowski) Bujnowski. He was educated at Norwich (Conn.) Free Academy and attended Rochester Institute of Technology, the University of Buffalo and the University of Minnesota. Mr. Bujnowski served as a master sergeant in the Korean War. He was a professor at Rochester Institute of Technology and ended his 36-year career there in 1997 as chairman of the School for American Craftsmen. He was a textile designer and weaver who exhibited his artwork worldwide.
