Otto Wilhelm Eglau
Otto Wilhelm Eglau (1917-1988) was a German artist born in Berlin. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Berlin from 1947 to 1953, where he studied under painters such as Max Kaus, William Hoffmann, and Oskar Nerlinger, and became a lecturer himself in 1953. Eglau spent nearly 20 years teaching, traveling and taking study trips to places like Portugal, Spain, Greece, Sweden, and Japan.
