William Charles Libby
Pittsburgh-born artist William Charles Libby (1919-1982) studied at the Carnegie Institute of Technology. He was the president of the Associated Artists of Pittsburgh, Associate President at the Carnegie Institute, and a member of the American Society of Graphic Artists. His work has been exhibited at the Library of Congress, Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, the Carnegie Institute, and elsewhere. Libby is best known for precise objects, murals, and graphics.
