National Council - Mike Della Porta

Mike Della Porta is an award-winning technology and operations executive recognized for driving success, growth, and transformation. As the former CTO and COO/CIO at Butler/Till, one of the leading independent marketing agencies in the U.S., Mike played a pivotal role in building and scaling the organization’s capabilities across multiple domains, driving record financial performance for its shareholders.

During his 18-year career at Butler/Till, Mike led technology initiatives that streamlined workflow and service delivery to clients in regulated industries including Healthcare, Financial Services and Telecommunications. Mike and his team were instrumental in advancing business intelligence, IT, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence capabilities to evolve and support the organization’s service portfolio.

Drawing on 20 years of experience, Mike founded Della Porta Consulting LLC to help organizations build, innovate and scale profitable businesses and capabilities.

An alumnus of Rochester Institute of Technology, Mike actively contributes to the academic community by serving on advisory boards for the Saunders College of Business and the Golisano College of Computing & Information Sciences. This semester, he has also taken on the role of Adjunct Professor, teaching Business Intelligence.

Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Media Publishing with a minor in Professional and Technical Communications from RIT and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
