Dr. Jasminka Samardžija, presented a research paper on the topic of "Propulsive Leadership Characteristics for Upgrading New Generation of Leaders in Transition Societies" at the 10^th Annual EuroMed Academy of Business Conference (EMAB). The underlying theme of the conference was Global and national business theories and practice: bridging the past with the future, and the conference took place in Rome, Italy, from September 13-15, 2017. Behinds presenting the paper, Dr. Samardžija served as discussant in Session 2 - Track 21: Human Resource Management: Validation of Scales in HR.
