Keegan McCoy

Keegan received B.S. degrees in electrical engineering and astronomy and astrophysics and a M.S. degree in electrical engineering from The Pennsylvania State University in 2012, along with his Ph.D. degree in imaging science from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2019. Keegan has worked for the U.S. Air Force on a variety of defense programs, including government certification efforts for commercial space launch companies. His current research interests include modeling and simulation of optical systems, stray light analysis, and space systems engineering and acquisition.
