- Cultural Humility Certificates
Talk about dedication! If you see any of the following RIT colleagues be sure to congratulate them. They recently earned a Cultural Humility Certificate. The program is led by Taj Smith, director of Diversity Education. Each participant is required to take part in six workshops which can take at least a year to complete. Smith says, “Completing the certificate gives people the basic tools to be more active in having diversity-related conversations and insight into how it impacts their work.”
