- Become a Buprenorphone Waivered Practitioner
- Who is eligible: Providers and providers in training which include physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, clinical nurse specialists, certified nurse midwives, and certified registered nurse anesthetists are all eligible to complete the buprenorphine waiver training. Physicians require 8 hours of MAT training; NPs, CNSs, CNMs, CRNAs, and PAs require 24 hours of MAT training
