Final Reminder: Propose a Teaching Circle for Spring 2025

A teaching circle is a small group of faculty and other instructional staff who meet regularly on campus and/or via Zoom to discuss a specific teaching and learning topic. Previous participants said some of the best aspects were:

  • "Sense of community and purpose"
  • "Sharing of best practices"
  • "Feeling supported in trying new things"
  • "Gaining insights, strategies, and teaching recommendations from other instructors"
  • "Making new connections across disciplines"
  • "I enjoyed being able to interact with faculty who I wouldn't normally meet"

If you want to propose a topic and facilitate a teaching circle for the Spring semester, please submit a proposal as early as possible but no later than December 23, 2024. Applicants will be notified on a rolling basis.

For more information about teaching circles, see our Teaching Circles Program webpage.
