The Leadership Academy @ Saunders College of Business offers free certification programs to RIT students across all colleges to build personal leadership skills for co-op and career success in a fun and engaging environment. This spring semester, The Leadership Academy is offering the Foundational Leadership for Career Success Certificate Program.

The goal of this program is to introduce students to the critical concepts and skills needed for career success in any industry and provide an opportunity to put these skills into practice through meaningful, fun, and interactive challenges facilitated by Saunders Faculty, alumni/industry leaders, and upper-class student leaders.

• Meetings are on Tuesdays, 5 p.m.-7 p.m. in the Business Activities Center
• Light dinner will be provided
• Dates: Feb 7, Feb 14, Feb 21, Feb 28, March 7, March 21, and March 28. No session on March 14 during Spring Break.*
• Application Deadline: Wednesday, January 25

*Students must be able to attend all sessions in-person
