Saunders College of Business is celebrating women's empowerment on February 17 and 18 with the 13th annual Power Your Potential Women's Conference and third annual Women’s Leadership Summit.

Power Your Potential is a popular half-day women's leadership conference that is quickly sold out as it celebrates the upcoming National Women's History Month. Working business professionals are invited to learn from peers, engage in educational activities, and help others succeed. This year's focus is 'Own Your Path,' as audience members will hear first-hand from Elizabeth Kiehner '22 (EMBA), award-winning author and renowned keynote speaker.

Women's Leadership Summit is an all-day conference geared towards inspiring high school and college-aged women to look toward the future they desire by learning from, and connecting with, successful business leaders and students from all different backgrounds and industries. This year's focus is 'Be the Future YOU Want,' as keynote presenter JoAnne Ryan MS '04 (health systems administration) will focus on this topic as well as alumnae presenters.
