The Leadership Academy @ Saunders is hosting its annual all-day Women's Leadership Summit (WLS) all day on Saturday, February 18, 2023, centered around "Be the Future YOU Want." The purpose of this event is to inspire young women to look toward the future they desire by learning from, and connecting with, successful business leaders and students from all different backgrounds and industries.

This year's summit includes keynote speaker, JoAnne Ryan MS '04 (health systems administration), President and CEO of Ronald McDonald House Charities, along with, networking opportunities, interactive workshops, professional development seminars, a panel involving executive-level managers within a company, RIT TED Talks, and a fun, leadership skill building business challenge activity.
Chitra Sivanandam '98 (imaging science), Chief Technology Officer for Rohirrim, Inc, joins us as a panelist on the RIT Alumnae Leadership Panel. Rohirrim, Inc. is a B2B SaaS business developing generative artificial intelligence products for enterprise customers.
