Students accepted to RIT/NTID associate, pre-baccalaureate, and community development and inclusive leadership programs should attend RIT/NTID Spring Open Houses.
Schedule a Campus Tour
Meet us on campus and you'll see first-hand what amazing looks like.
Accepted students can schedule a:
- Campus tour
- Residence hall tour
- Meeting with a department
Attend a Homeown Reception
We are hosting events in Boston, New York City, and the Washington D.C. areas on March 23 and 24. Meet other accepted students from your area, hear more information about RIT, and hear from a student/alumni panel. Light refreshments will be served.
Have you completed RIT's Financial Aid Application?
2024-2025 FAFSA Update
Although families can now submit the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), colleges/universities will not receive your FAFSA data from the U.S. Department of Education until mid-March, which will delay financial aid offers until mid-April, at the earliest. This is much later than anticipated. In our commitment to supporting families, RIT is taking a proactive approach by offering the RIT Financial Aid Application to ensure accepted students have a financial aid estimate by mid-March.
Items to Complete
First-year students who applied Regular Decision and transfer applicants, who are also U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens seeking need-based aid (i.e. loans, grants) are required to:
- File the FAFSA as soon as possible.
- Complete RIT's Financial Aid Application as soon as possible.

Note: Early Decision applicants should have already completed these steps.
