Hailey Stehr

I'm Hailey Kaya Mosegaard Stehr, I'm from Baldwin, Maryland, and I'm a first year student in the robotics and manufacturing technology program. I chose robotics and manufacturing technology because I like building things and knowing how they work. RIT actually chose robotics and manufacturing technology for me, but I'm very glad they did because tech is much more hands-on and is much better for my learning style.

I'm super excited to learn more about the kinds of career opportunities I can have with a degree in robotics and figure out more specifically what I want to do while at RIT, and I think SD-CoMETS will help me do that by providing individualized support and mentorship.

I graduated from Loch Raven High School, where I was co-captain of the robotics team, fourth chair cellist in the orchestra, and an overall nerd. Here at RIT, I'm making cardboard weapons and armor in the Order of the Cardboard Knights. I also enjoy reading manga and playing jackbox/card games with my friends.
