National Council - Heather Banis

Heather Banis is the Director of Marketing & Sales Excellence at Heidelberg USA, Inc.,a German mechanical engineering company specializing in products and services across the entire process and value chain for printing products. Heidelberg is renowned as the largest global manufacturer of offset printing presses.

Celebrating her 20th work anniversary with Heidelberg this April, Heather oversees marketing strategies, sales compensation structures, forecasting and steering initiatives, as well as sales enablement efforts. Heather is a member of the Heidelberg USA ExecutiveTeam.

Heather is activey engaged in professional development. In 2023 she became a member of the SHRM Women in Leadership Institute and has recently been invited to join the board of the Print & Graphic Scholarship Foundation (PGSF), furthering her commitment to supporting the next generation of talent in the printing and graphic arts field.
