National Council - Ronald Mead

Mr. Mead has been a Consulting Engineer since 1979 and was one of the founding members of M/E Engineering in 1991, serving as Vice-President, President & CFO over his 30 years. M/E consistently ranks in the top 50 MEP Giants for Mechanical Electrical Consulting firms and has been named to the Rochester's Top 100 fastest growing companies 11 times. Ron's projects include; Greater Rochester International Airport, U of R Laboratory for Laser Energetics, RIT Central Chiller/Boiler Plant, SUNY Binghamton Energy R&D Facility and the U of R Biomedical Engineering/Optics Building. In addition to the RIT Deans Advisory Council, Ron also serves on the MCC Foundation Board and Bivona Facilities Committee. He was Past President of the Rochester Engineering Society, received the RIT Distinguished Alumni Award in 1996. He was also a member of the year at ASHRAE Rochester in 1993.
