National Council - Jess Sudol

In his role as President, Jess is responsible for the daily operations of the firm, including financial management, business development, strategic planning, and mentoring. Most importantly, Jess is charged with being an ambassador of Passero’s Core Values and with maintaining its corporate culture. Jess also provides project oversight and management services on commercial, residential, municipal, and institutional projects. He specializes in large multi-family housing developments and in working closely with our clients to develop and execute their vision. His ability to organize a project schedule and communicate with municipalities and clients on all levels of the project life cycle has resulted in many successful developments being delivered ahead of schedule and under budget.
