SD-CoMETS Scholars - Bebe Adewale

I am majoring in Robotics and Manufacturing Engineering Technology. I chose the College of Engineering Technology because I am a visual learner who is more interested in hands-on experiences. I learn by doing and love to be challenged. Robotics is very interesting and I can’t wait to be part of a team who creates products for everyday use whether it’s a cell phone or electric pencil sharpener.

Being an SD-CoMETS Scholar will give me better resources and opportunities for research and co-op. I will be able to have a great network of people who have a special interest in my specific major, which will be helpful for my future.

I come from a family of five, and I’m the middle child. I love to read, listen to music and take nature and landscape photos. I am a religious napper and can literally sleep anywhere, even standing up!
