Gourmet Burger Week at The Cafe & Market at Crossroads
These are not your average everyday burgers...
The Cafe and Market at Crossroads chefs have poured their love and culinary imagination into five of the most unique hand-crafted burgers ever to grace RIT. They will host Gourmet Burger Week Oct. 16-20 from 11 a.m. to 9 a.m., until supplies last. With your help, each burger will have a chance to become a permanent menu item at The Café and Market at Crossroads for the rest of the year. Which will be crowned king?
All hand-crafted burgers will be served with a delicious batch of French fries.
Gourmet Burgers Menu:
Monday, Oct. 16: Bollywood Burger (Vegetarian, Halal) by Chef Aaron
- Awesome® Plant-Based burger with mango chutney, raita sauce, and caramelized onions on Kaiser roll
Tuesday, Oct. 17: Jucy Lucy (Halal) by Chef Thomas
- A jalapeño and cream cheese stuffed burger with bacon and cheddar cheese on the pretzel bun
Wednesday, Oct. 18: Miami Burger by Chef Richard
- A burger with pork carnitas, pickles, ham, swiss cheese, and roasted garlic honey Dijon on a Brioche bun
Thursday, Oct. 19: Caprese Burger by Chef Jonathan
- A grilled burger with fresh mozzarella, balsamic aioli, basil pesto, and fresh tomatoes on a kaiser roll
Friday, Oct. 20: Cajun Pesto Burger by Chef Richard
- A cajun-seasoned burger with bacon, cheddar, pesto mayo on a pretzel bun
