Recharge Day: Virtual Barre

Attend a virtual barre class taught by Heather Cottone, Wellness Instructor. This sesson will be a full 50 minute workout inspired by ballet, yoga and Pilates that focuses on isometric strengh training combines with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. This course is listed on SIS as WFIT 42 each semester. Limited spaces, register to guarentee your spot!
