Recharge Day: Virtual INSANITY Total Body Conditioning

Attend a virtual Total Body Conditioning class taught by Danny Maffia, Wellness Instructor. This session will provides a variety of high intensity interval training using your own body weight. The format is Insanity which offers cardio, strength training HIIT and recovery in every workout block. This course is listed on SIS as WFIT 24. Limited spaces, register to guarentee your spot!
