Fitness Programs

Join our certified student personal trainers as they work with you on various fitness-based exercises. Whether you are a beginner, or you have experience, our trainers will teach you all of the fundamentals and technical aspects you need to know.

  • Women in Weightlifting 
    Want to start strength training in supportive group setting? With the help of a WFC Personal Trainer, participants will learn how to use barbells, kettlebells and dumbbells to increase strength, mobility and confidence in the gym. The first hour will include instruction on various strength exercises and the opportunity to get hands-on help with your lifts. The second hour will be a private group lifting session. All fitness levels are welcome. This program is for women and female-identifying friends! Follow us on Discord
     
  • Monthly Clinics
    The Wiedman Fitness Center offers monthly clinics that focus on a broad range of topics to appeal to both beginner and experienced lifters. These clinics are run by the WFC personal trainers and are free to RIT students.

A variety of other fitness programs and events are available throughout the year.
