Fitness Services

Wellness offers a variety of Fitness classes, including a Personal Training class where students work 1-on-1 with a trainer regarding their specific fitness goals. Students can register for this course or other Wellness Courses using SIS.

The Wiedman Fitness Center offers a variety of fitness services to RIT students. Whether you want to make changes to your present program or safely and smartly begin a new program, we can help you attain your goals! Services include:

Better Me personal training is a one-on-one or small group service available to RIT members that are searching for fitness coaching or workout accountability. Better Me services are available to faculty, staff, retirees, and alumni at any time throughout the year.
