Important Dates

Students who currently live in the RIT Inn*, Perkins Green, Riverknoll, 175 Jefferson, or University Commons are eligible to renew their current housing for the 25-26 academic year by participating in the Renewal sign-up. If you have a vacancy in your room or apartment you can request a roommate until November 17th. *RIT Inn is a renewable location but not space.

Students who currently live in the Residence Halls, Global Village, or Greek Circle are eligible to participate in Room Selection, the process in which you select your RIT housing for the 25-26 academic year. The RIT Housing contract for the 2025-2026 academic year is open and can be completed at this time. Roommate groups for Room Selection can be created February 10 - February 16.

Students living in non-RIT housing, on co-op or study abroad, or were eligible but did not participate in the Renewal process may also participate in Room Selection.
