Meeting Rooms

The RIT Housing meeting rooms are a short walk from summer conference housing accommodations. They are a great place to gather for conference registrations or host a meeting for up to 40 people.

Details

Meeting rooms come fully equipped with tables, chairs, and presentation tools. Your RIT Housing summer conference contact can assist with ordering additional furniture and equipment as needed.

Note: all meeting room occupancy maximums have been reduced by half to promote physical distancing.

  • Seating area outside meeting room
  • Access to kitchenette

Rates

A meeting room rental is considered a half-day if it is used for less than four consecutive hours. Use over four hours is considered a full day.
