Residence Halls - Conference

Overview

RIT Housing has thirteen residence halls - high rises with wonderful views and low rises with beautiful courtyards. Located on campus, residence halls are their own community connected by a set of underground tunnels with easy access to dining, a corner store market, and postal services.

Buildings offer double-as-single, and double rooms. A double-as-single room refers to one person only being assigned to a double occupancy room; double means that two people are assigned to one double room (rates are based on per person, per night charges - not per room).

Residence hall rooms are arranged in two styles: traditional corridor style and suite style. Traditional corridor-style floors include shared single-gender bathrooms and private all-gender bathrooms , while suite-style floors feature three double rooms with a shared bathroom and standalone triple and quad rooms with access to single use bathrooms. There is also a lounge on each floor.
