Start with a Summon search at: http://library.rit.edu/summon.  When searching Summon, it is likely that you will generate a large number of results. Review the filters in the column to the left of your results list. Select the "book/ebook" category for content type. What other refinement filter is needed to obtain a list of only ebook results?
