Restful is a convertible bedside table that helps ritualize the transition between wake and sleep. It combats alertness in the place meant for rest, an unhealthy habit that causes an under prioritization of sleep. By sliding the table from its desk-like work mode to its nightstand-like sleep mode, the user associates an action and a change of environment with the transition from waking hours to bedtime.
