MO:KI is an interactive  expression of human-centered design that pushes the boundaries on how people ordinarily think and experience the tactile nature of cooking

The MObile KItchen (MO:KI)​

Cooking creates the memories of our family traditions and social experiences. At its best, cooking is inclusive, participatory and highly functional. The MObile KItchen (MO:KI) is minimalist in nature and affords flexibility in organizing an environment responsive to the needs of the home chef. MO:KI is a transformative idea that will change the cooking experience by helping people overcome functional limitations and improve social connectedness.

Physical limitations often restrict kitchen design, and as aging in place becomes normative, having a cooking environment that is responsive to changing personal and physical requirements is crucial. The interchangeable MO:KI system will enable ALL users to reconfigure their environment based on their preference, functionality and comfortability.
