C-Print Captioninst

Gateway Technical College's Disability Support Services/Deaf and Hard of Hearing Department is seeking qualified, part time C-Print Captionists for our Racine and Kenosha Campuses, for our fall semester.  Classes will be held mornings and early afternoons Monday - Thursday, September 8 through December 22, 2015.
The C-Print Captionist will provide captioning services for our hard of hearing students in the classroom and provide C-Print notes within 24 hours of the class ending.  Our captionists serve as liasion between the instructor and students in the classroom, assuring a professional learning environment.
The C-Print Captionist will have excellent typing skills, spelling and grammar skills, as well as organized note-taking skills.  One year experience as a C-Print Captionist is preferred.
