MOVPE equipment changes everything in semiconductor processing
RIT has a newly acquired metal organic vapor-phase epitaxy system, also referred to as MOVPE, which grows III-V thin-film crystals. The state-of-the-art tool gives researchers the ability to build high-performance optical and electronic devices and will be a key learning and training resource.
