Mike Terzo Jr., a third-year environmental sustainability, health and safety major, received the Howard Freckleton and Roy Hamel Endowed Scholarship Award from RIT Ambulance for being active in the fire department and EMS service in the community. He is an active member in the Rush Fire District.
