RIT WINTER LACROSSE TOURNAMENT
THE SPRING SEASON IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER AND WHAT BETTER WAY TO KICK OFF THE YEAR THAN WITH A TEAM TUNE UP.
- THE RIT WINTER TOURNAMENT HAS BEEN A SUCCESS FOR MANY YEARS NOW, AND WE ARE EXCITED TO CONTINUE TO GROW AND ENHANCE YOUR EXPERIENCE.
- WITH OUR STATE OF THE ART FIELD HOUSE WE ARE ABLE TO PRODUCE A GREAT PLAYING ENVIRONMENT, EVEN IN JANUARY. CONCESSIONS WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE.
- WE HAVE MADE A FEW CHANGES TO THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, SO PLEASE TAKE A LOOK BELOW.
PART 1: Team Enrollment and Payment:
- As the Team Coach you are responsible to get your team ENROLLED and to handle the payment for the group. We ask that you complete payment via credit card if possible but if needed, we can take a check.
- CASH payment is no longer an option. The enrollment needs to be completed in order for your Team Members to register so be sure to complete this ASAP.
- Make sure your players are aware of your “TEAM NAME” when they enroll as well.
PART 2: Player Registration:
- I am asking for your help and cooperation to get ALL your PLAYERS to complete the necessary information.
- This new format is now required at RIT and will serve as player registration and will take place of the old paper waiver. It is a simple process.
- Please have ALL of your players visit the link below to complete the necessary information.

- IF THEY DO NOT COMPLETE THE INFORMATION they will NOT be allowed to play until it’s done.
PART 3: Roster - NO ROSTER LIMIT
- Please use and complete the attached roster and email it back to Shawn Wilkins at sjtwatl@rit.edu by January 1st. Accurate #’s and information is extremely important for your kids to be recruited.
PART 4: Rules
- Rules are posted on the READ MORE Section. We ask that you PLEASE encourage clean play and DO NOT harass the refs. Since this is a fundraiser, we will have our college players and 1 staff member reffing the games so PLEASE be patient and we will make sure we keep it safe.
PART 5: Schedule and Check-in
- We will create the schedule and email it to everyone by Friday, January 10th...earlier if possible.
- Tournament check-in will be in the LOWER LEVEL of the Gordon Field house. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first game.
- We will cross reference your roster and all registered participants to be sure that EVERYONE has completed the needed information.
