Hello! My name is Chloe, and I am a fourth-year Nutrition and Dietetics student! This past summer, I studied abroad for 6-weeks in Thessaloniki, Greece, with Perrotis College to learn about the Mediterranean diet. During my time in Greece, I visited local farmer’s markets and a mussel farm, hiked up Mt. Olympus, visited Athens, and went on a sailing trip to visit and explore the amazing islands in Greece. While the thought of studying abroad seemed daunting, it was an incredible and unforgettable opportunity that forced me out of my comfort zone and allowed me to make many new memories and friends.
