Hi, my name is Bebe Adewale, and I am a third-year Robotics and Manufacturing Engineering Technology student. In Spring 2024, I studied abroad in London, United Kingdom, where I took business courses for my minor and French classes for my language immersion. My time in London helped me gain new perspectives, improve my cross-cultural communication skills, and experience what it’s like to be far from home, gaining a newfound form of independence. One of my favorite experiences was exploring the historic neighborhoods and seeing the unique architecture of the buildings while walking through the London streets, especially at night. This study abroad experience not only added to my education but also reinforced my interest in working with global engineering teams in the future.
