Please contact us at the Center for Teaching and Learning first if you are seeking support during our regular hours of service.

Additional support for myCourses is available directly through the vendor, D2L. The vendor refers to myCourses by their product name: Brightspace.

The vendor will not be able to assist with any other products used at RIT, or with any RIT-specific features related to myCourses. They do not have access to SIS enrollments or assignments and will not be able to add you to courses.
