Demonstration Project: Disease Posters

As part of the Vignelli Center’s MEDdesign initiative, Professor Bruce Ian Meader conceived and developed a poster project for his graduate Information Design course.

Each student selected a human disease, did extensive research on the disease, and then translated the textual and image information about that disease into an information poster.

A required aspect of the project was to use an organizational grid based on Massimo Vignelli’s UniGrid format, developed for the United States National Park Service publications.
