In the event that you need to cancel your registration, please be aware of the following policies:

  • A full refund of your program fee will be provided for cancellations made at least 10 calendar days before the program's start date.
  • Cancellations made within 10 calendar days of the program's start date will result in a refund of the program fee minus a $200 administrative fee.
  • Rescheduling your registration within 7 calendar days of the program's start date will incur a $100 administrative fee.
  • Refunds are not available for non-attendance.
  • In lieu of paying the administrative fee, you may designate an alternate participant in your place, provided that they meet all relevant OSHA prerequisites.

  • You may be able to retake the exam or you may have to repeat the class. Contact us or speak with your instructor to discuss your individual situation. There are no refunds of course fees if a participant does not pass the exam.

If a program is canceled, RIT will notify registered participants at least 10 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date. Please note that RIT assumes no responsibility for any costs associated with travel including airline ticket cancellations or changes.

For your convenience, RIT can customize any of the courses in this catalog for delivery to a group of your employees. Programs can be delivered either at RIT or at your location (providing suitable facilities are available). For more information about custom training programs, contact Donna Winter at 585-475-2919.
