Your Fall 2023 RIT Application

New applicants can apply to select RIT graduate programs between January 5 – March 15 for expedited review of their Fall 2023 application.

Open to applicants from India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam.

The RIT Rapid App helps you plan for graduate studies early.

With the Rapid App application, you will receive an admissions decision and scholarship offer quickly, providing confidence and ease throughout the application process. 

The deadline to submit a Rapid App application has passed. However, you may still submit a regular application for any program with a rolling deadline.

Application Fee Waived

The $65 application fee is waived when you Rapid App your application.

Expedited Application Review

Receive your admission decision and scholarship details within 2 – 3 weeks.

Priority Merit Scholarship Consideration

Get early access to scholarship funds.

How to Apply

  • Between January 5-March 15, new applicants must submit a complete admissions application with supporting documents and official test scores.
  • Under the “Select Your Term” section of the online application enter the special code: RAFALL2023
  • Your application fee will be applied upon submission of your application and your records will move automatically into the Rapid App Application queue.
  • Application status updates will be communicated to you via email.

Existing applications do not qualify for Rapid App and the application fee waiver cannot be applied retroactively.

Participating Programs

The Rapid App Application is for on-campus programs only. All participating programs are STEM-OPT visa eligible.

Applications for Fall 2022 can no longer be fast-tracked.

You can still apply to RIT! Applications are accepted for many graduate degree programs.
