Kelly Dolan Henry attained both her undergraduate and graduate degrees at RIT, completing a BS in Business Management in 2000 and a MS in Human Resource Development in 2007. Kelly started her career in sales and marketing in 2000 at a small dot-com in Rochester and moved on to Bryant & Stratton College (BSC) as a Career Services Representative in 2003. Kelly put her sales and marketing interests and abilities to work in that role and expanded BSC's employer partnerships in Rochester, resulting in strong career outcomes for BSC graduates. She was promoted to the role of Career Services Director for both Rochester campuses of Bryant & Stratton College in 2008 and in 2015 was promoted again to the role of Career Services Director for the Rochester and Western New York Region, overseeing five campuses. Networking and relationship management are the key components of a successful career services team; managing and coaching students, graduates, and staff on this topic is a critical piece of Kelly's role.
