Mark Smith is Director of Multidisciplinary Programs in RIT's Kate Gleason College of Engineering. In this capacity he is responsible for graduate programs in Product Development and Manufacturing Leadership, as well as certificates and other customized course offerings for corporate clients.

He is also serving as Director of the John D. Hromi Center for Quality & Applied Statistics. Prior to joining RIT, Mr. Smith spent nearly 20 years in medical electronics R&D in both technical and management roles. He has a BS in Engineering Science from the University of Virginia and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
