Emily J. Hart is an international artist and yogi who applies her philosophy, techniques and education to businesses practices in order to promote their growth and development. Having lived in three countries (USA, Canada, and UK) Emily has learned the value of having a strong foundation within, an inner core of confidence serving as the platform to build dreams from. She is the founder of Change The Name(CTN), an organization created to promote understanding between individuals, aiding in practical solutions to social and environmental issues that affect us all. She is also a respected performer, singing and writing jazz and hip hop music around NYC, London, Toronto and Rochester, and works freelance as a model for sustainable clothing companies. As a natural lover of humanity, Emily works to share the knowledge she has been given with those who are interested to learn more about their potential.

Along with being the founder of CTN, Emily is the director of business development for her family's manufacturing business Seating Inc. In this position she works on sustainable strategy to help the business to expand while stimulating the local economy. Recent highlights from her sustainable change initiatives include implementation of the 'green factory project', introduction of a zero-sort recycling program, and development of the company's health and wellness program for employees. By affecting change inside, as well as travelling outside of the company, Emily acts as a uniquely capable change agent and representative for this exciting entity.
