40 years of MicroE: Upgrading the SMFL

Thanks in part to a $1 million grant from New York state’s Higher Education Capital Matching Grant Program, RIT is launching a major renovation of the Semiconductor and Microsystems Fabrication Lab. This renovation will further advance RIT’s research in integrated photonics, quantum information technology, biomedical devices and sensors for smart systems.
