Flexible and Online, Organizational Leadership and Innovation Helps Professionals Create Intentional, Collaborative Work Environments

Organizational leadership in innovative business environments demands trailblazers who can guide a company to innovate and evolve in the face of constant technological advances. Our flexible and online master’s of science in organizational leadership and innovation (OLI) provides students with the tools to spearhead organizational change in fast-paced, technology-driven contexts and to create a culture of entrepreneurship. The OLI degree is right for you if you're driven to impact an organization at the highest levels, particularly in today's technology-rich environment.

Designed to be completed part-time or full-time, the program is exclusively online for flexible schedules. The curriculum gives students the tools to anticipate and take strategic advantage of emerging technologies. Courses explore strategic foresight and innovation, technology and the future, leading change, and leading organizational teams. 

Students can choose from electives such as diversity in the global workplace, introduction to data analytics and business intelligence, leading innovation, and design thinking and creativity. Students will actively participate in case-based learning throughout the program using the most up-to-date technology and software.
