What I enjoyed most about being a part of the leadership program is getting to know myself as a leader and growing in that space. As I have now spent a year on the board, I have really loved being able to help others grow as a leader as well. The program is such a powerful tool for students! The most memorable moment I have of the Leadership Academy was when we hosted the Women's Leadership Summit in the Spring of 2021 during the business challenge presentations. It was an awesome experience to be a part of and to see what each team came up with within less than an hour!
