Submit Work

Much of our annual programming hosts the work of RIT students, faculty and alumni. Work from outside the RIT community is also considered. Proposals are reviewed on a rolling basis. Exhibitions are typically scheduled up to one year in advance.

To submit an exhibition proposal for consideration, please send an email to CADGalleries@rit.edu with the following:

1. Link to website or digital slideshow to view proposed work. 
2. A statement about the work proposed for exhibition and its intended display/installation format(s).
3. A statement from the artist/curator/organizer addressing relevant biographical or background information, and the interest in City Art Space as a venue.

(Because of the high volume of proposals we receive, we can only respond if there is interest and schedule availability.)
