Stephanie Parades, assistant director, Multicultural Programs, interviewed author Minda Harts for Writers & Books. Harts is the founder of The Memo LLC, a career development company. You can view the interview here. Next month Stephanie will interview Mary-Frances Winters, President and CEO of The Winters Group, a diversity and inclusion consulting firm and author of several books on the subject. Stephanie is also directing a 10 minute play called Coffee Card at her alma mater of SUNY Brockport. The curtain goes up in April. ​
