Prospective Faculty

AdvanceRIT is a long-term, multi-faceted program designed to enable all faculty at RIT, particularly women, to contribute their full potential, to increase their representation and retention, and to advance their careers.

The Office of Faculty Diversity and Recruitment host an annual Future Faculty Career Exploration Program to give scholars and artists a “behind the scenes” glimpse into life as a faculty member at RIT. The program is a nationally recognized best practice in faculty diversity recruitment.
